The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count
slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should
perish, but that all should come to repentance.
I
have liked this verse for some time now because it helped me get a
better grasp in God's will. I think people often think that however they
are living their life it must be God's will because he is letting them
live that way. That is by far not the case.
God
wills that everyone would be saved yet people go to hell everyday. Just
because it's God's will doesn't mean it's going to happen. We can chose
not to follow his will. Pretty scary thought if you ask me!
